Be aware of the alkalinity and acidity of our diets

The pH of our normal blood serum is near alkali and around 7.4, which is a right environment to keep our body healthy. Cancer cell love acidic environment and cancer cell pH in the range of 4.0-6.5.

Generally, alkaline food is better than acidic food. Here is a list of diets we may need to know:
